Ok..here are some first shots...check out the progress already!
Ok guys, here are the first images of me all the way out, still 13 weeks away from MUSCLEMANIA 2010 here in Vegas!
The 2 shots were taken about 3 weeks apart. The "FAT SHOT" was taken August1st right here in my bathroom at home. The second shot is at the gyms bathroom (I love bathroom lighting..lol) about an hour ago. What a difference even if not taken at the same location!..its obvious that my "non drinking" and dieting has paid off so far!

I will try to get my Gf to take more pics and of course Video as well in order to see different angles of my body. I am happy so far and will post my entire DIET AND TRAINING program since august1st inside my MEMBER SECTION on my site starting tonite..so make sure to become a member and see the good "(S)HIT!

Welcome to my Road to Musclemania 2010!
I decide to start my offical ROAD TO MUSCLEMANIA contest blog and will be updating it on a weekly basis all the way up to the show (November 19) here in Las Vegas.
Stay tuned for some first BEFORE AND AFTER shots as well as Video clips of me training and getting ready for this event (WILL POST AUGUST 15TH!)
This will be my COMEBACK now at the age of 40! I won the Musclemania Lightheavies in 2000...10 years later..lets see if I still got it in me.
